Jessie is a talented and accomplished writer, comedian, actress, singer, songwriter, and creative activist with a special passion for social justice and specifically women's rights. She has collaborated with many creative agencies, non-profit organizations and production companies on creating original content for social media and political campaigns for a variety of digital platforms.

Jessie graduated Phi Beta Kappa from The University of Pennsylvania, with degrees in Spanish, Psychology, and Creative Writing, and as an award winning and published poet.

She has extensive training and experience writing and performing stand-up, improv and sketch comedy and has written and performed at The Groundlings, The Upright Citizens Brigade (LA & NYC), iOWest, and Second City. 

Recent behind the camera work includes: Co-Writer/Co-Executive Producer of a Pilot for Snapchat series in collaboration with Critical Content/Critical Productions; Writer/Producer of original song and music video for a non-profit social media campaign, Co-Creator/Co-Host of a podcast (featured in “New and Noteworthy” on iTunes.
