Bio
Jessie Schneiderman is a comedy writer, actress, voice-over artist, singer, songwriter, and creative activist.
As a Washington, DC native, Jessie attributes her non-denominational accent, and lifelong passion for social justice, to growing up in the DC melting pot. Jessie graduated Phi Beta Kappa from The University of Pennsylvania, with degrees in Spanish, Psychology, and Creative Writing, and as an award winning and published poet. She has extensive training and experience in improvisational and sketch comedy and has written and performed at The Groundlings, UCB, iOWest, and Second City. Jessie recently incorporated Performance Capture into her repertoire. As a trained dancer and physical comedian, it was a natural next step to elevate her voice acting. Jessie is a free spirit and full of energy — she loves collaborating and is ALWAYS happy to see you. She was a contestant on “Dirty Dancing: The Reality Show” and most importantly, she has a dog, his name is Morty Schneiderman. And he’s very. VERY Jewish.
